How do I place an order?

We have tried to make placing an order through the website as easy as possible for you. Once you have found the products you are looking for, you may add them to the basket using the ‘Add to Basket’ button as displayed on the product page. After you have added all your desired items to your basket, simply click the shopping trolley icon in the header. You will now be able to see your basket and proceed to payment. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit card payments. We use Stripe which is a secure payment processing system. 

Once I place an order, how long will it take?

We aim to have your order dispatched between 5 to 10 working days from when you place your order. Delays may occur during busy periods. Excludes weekends, public holidays and planned closures. Large orders may take longer. Alternatively, please feel free to contact us before placing your order to discuss your requirements, 

We will send your order via tracked delivery for peace of mind. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details. 

The courier will make three delivery attempts to the shipping address you provided to us. After three failed delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned back to us. 

 

Once I place an order, how can I track my order?

If you create an account before placing an order or at checkout, you will be able to review all your orders. Currently you can view when your order has been placed and when your order has been shipped. 

Do your products contain SLSA?

No, we are proud to say that all of our products are SLSA free.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

We have many customers with sensitive skin and with such a variety of skin conditions, you would need to seek medical expert advice. We have no reports of any adverse conditions from using our products, in fact have only received positive feedback.
