Refund policy
Refunds or replacements can be requested for broken or damaged goods.
You have 5 working days from receiving the order to request a refund or replacement.
Refunds will be received as credit note for wholesale customers due to this being a custom order. Credit notes can be used for purchases of other products made by Divine Box or Divine Box wholesale.
For a refund the customer is required to pay for the postage of the order to be returned to us. Once products are received back in the condition sent then refunds will be given to retail customers. Once wholesale orders have been returned and postage paid by the customer a credit note will be issued.
